Description
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager - Head Branding & Digital Marketing to develop and execute our social media strategy and drive the growth of our brand. As the Social Media Manager, you will lead our social media team and work closely with other departments to develop and implement effective branding and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage and lead a team of social media specialists and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Create and publish engaging and high-quality content on social media platforms that aligns with our brand identity and voice
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the senior management team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for new initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a social media manager or a similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective branding and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and a passion for social media and digital marketing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role
- Experience leading and managing a team of social media specialists
- Proven success in developing and executing effective branding and digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
