Is there any free trial?
At Invoay we believe that every business has certain unique way of working which differentiate them from other. We are glad to demonstrate to you as per your business scenarios. During the onboarding process your business process will be mapped into the software and implemented with personalized training to your team.
What is the process to switch?
A dedicated account manager will work with you step-by-step and help in the onboarding to make the switch from your old system as easy as possible. You will get complete assistance in transfer of clients, products, services and balances etc. from your current system.
Is Start Edition enough for my business?
Start Edition is usually recommended for small size business having 2-3 employees . For the advance features and reporting and pocket mobile application for the owner for real time business tracking, you"ll need Grow Edition. If you need multi location control and advance configurations like loyalty points, referral program and payroll etc. then Expand Edition is meant for you.
Can I upgrade from lower to higher edition? Can I add more products laster on?

What type of payment do you accept?
All the payment are accepted only through online medium and can be paid over the gateway using any credit cards, debit card, net banking, UPI etc. EMI facility is also available on certain bank cards. Please refer to the details available on the gateway page.
Are there any upfront charges or additional fees?

How long are your contracts?
Most Invoay products use annual contracts but, it may vary for selection product or add on services.

How secure is my data?
At Invoay, we take data security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world-class data center that is protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches.
Can I cancel anytime?
Invoay software implementation and training includes efforts of dedicated account manager. The software is set up with necessary business configurations with services, products and other masters uploaded to the account set up. Do I need to integrate separately for SMS?
All Invoay edition comes pre-integrated with the SMS gateway. No separate integration is required for SMS gateway.
Are there any fees for SMS notifications?
SMSes facility is provided by third party service providers. All the SMS from your edition will be deducted from your SMS credits. Additional SMS can be purchased online from Invoay backoffice and will be credited instatly to your Invoay software account.
