Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Meta charges for each message you send. On Launch, marketing messages cost ₹0.99, utility messages ₹0.17, and the first 1,000 replies each month are free (then ₹0.17). You add balance and pay as you use.
Can I use my current WhatsApp number?
Yes, as long as the number is removed from the WhatsApp app when we connect it to the API. Our team guides you through it, or you can use a new number.
How long does setup take?
Our team calls you after payment. You go live once Meta verifies your business and number.
Do I need Invoay POS to use Wabixo?
No. Wabixo works on its own. If you use Invoay, bills and reminders can go out on WhatsApp automatically.
Will my number get blocked?
